Fitness and Heath Retreats in Nature. - Fitness and Permaculture and Fasting
The first raw fruit based fitness and health program in Nature, with permaculture design courses, fitness classes that suit your needs, private rawfood chef for exceptional meals.
Below, you will find the calendar of the different retreats we organize in the Andalusian’s mountains and the French Riviera. Each retreat in Andalusia takes place in a villa, set in the mountains, 30 minutes away from the beach, for a perfectly quiet setting; and on the French Riviera in a villa with astounding sea view.
The retreats in Andalusia are located in the Genal valley, known for its preserved Nature, the cork oaks and chestnut trees forests. A sunny and luscious green environment year round.
During the retreats, you can enjoy the surrounding Nature and the outdoor sport and health activities organized, as well as some amazing raw meals prepared just for you on site!

We offer you four kinds of retreats:
    - Health Retreat, for a week to discover and/or enjoy rawfoods, with outdoor activities with Claire and Stéphane.
  During the retreat, different activities are proposed, with morning yoga or pilates, fitness exercises, core strenght training, running training, balance on slackline, but also music and art creativity workshops, as well as talks anbd discussions.
  This retreat is a blessing to reconnect with ourselves, meet new people, to learn more about the raw vegan lifestyle, and also to enjoy the Andalusian fruits!
    - Fitness Retreat, for a week to discover and/or enjoy rawfoods, with outdoor and fitness activities with Claire and Stéphane.
  During the retreat, different activities are proposed, with morning yoga or pilates, fitness exercises, core strenght training, running training, as well as talks and discussions.
  This retreat is a blessing to reconnect with ourselves, meet new people, to learn more about the raw vegan lifestyle, and also to enjoy the Andalusian fruits!
    - Fasting Retreat, for ten days of supervised fasting. You will go on a water fast, for up to 7 days, followed by 2 days refeeding with fruit juices and whole fruits and greens.
  The fasting retreat is usually done with a small group of people, up to 15 maximum, fasting together, in order to create a team spirit, and help each other during the fast. The sharing of the experience by the fasters is very important to support each other and enhance the experience.
  The fasting retreat starts with one day to get to know each other, having fruits and vegetable juices during the day to start transitioning for the water fast.
  Modern communication devices are not recommended during the fast, and internet connection is intentionally limited, in order for the fasters to reconnect with their body and the people around them, and to relieve the stress from the virtual connections.
  During the fast, the participants are encouraged to stay active physically and mentally. Group discussions take place regularly, and sport activities as well, from hiking to pull ups kind of exercises, gardening, reading etc.
